Property information

This ultra-stylish three-bedroom luxury apartment is set over 2 floors of this newly refurbished former hotel. On the lower floor is a fabulous master suite featuring a Superking-sized bed, a luxury en suite bathroom, a separate TV room/snug, and a spacious walk-in wardrobe and dressing area. You’ll be spoiled for choice in the ensuite alone as there’s a full-size bath plus an oversized walk-in shower with both rainfall and handheld shower heads, and his and her sinks too! There is also handy access to the utility room and car park (with 2 private parking spaces) from this level. Upstairs there are two further double bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with a king-size bed. The latter features an ensuite with walk-in shower and both bedrooms have built-in mirror wardrobes and dressing tables and chairs. Another nice touch is that all the beds can be split into singles plus all the bedrooms have smart TVs with access to Netflix.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is in the lovely coastal suburb of Broughty Ferry, a pleasant and popular area not far from the city of Dundee. There’s a good selection of pubs, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The thriving main street also boasts lots of independent stores, galleries, etc. Down near the seashore, the striking Broughty Castle is well worth a visit. Dating back to 1490 when it was built to protect the Tay estuary, it now houses a museum which explains the history of this pretty fishing village. The famous golf courses at Carnoustie and St Andrews are close by and there are other excellent courses locally for avid golfers to test their links game. The beautiful sandy beach nearby provides a haven for wildlife. Families love the excellent children’s playpark at Castle Green and there are lots of local cycle paths too. Broughty Ferry train station is just minutes away and being just four miles from the city of Dundee, there are excellent road, rail and air links making for straightforward travel.
