Recently refurbished throughout, this modern, contemporary styled house is situated in a perfect location for visiting/working at West Suffolk Hospital (10 minute walk) or the town centre (10-15 minute walk). It comes with free off-road parking which is a great feature. The thriving market town of Bury St Edmunds has plenty of independent shops, cafes and restaurants as well as the popular Wednesday and Saturday market. Ickworth House and Gardens is just a 5 minute drive away.
Bury St Edmunds is a popular and thriving market town. Discover St John's Street - well known for its independent shops or book tickets at The Apex or the Theatre Royal for a show. Foodies will love the range of artisan coffee shops and market stalls as well as an array of restaurants catering for all budgets. Local National Trust property Ickworth House in nearby Horringer (5 mins drive) has plenty of walks through countryside, parkland and gardens. Typical Suffolk thatched cottages are aplenty in many nearby villages with traditional pubs to be found too. Newmarket Races are a 20 minute drive. The historic university city of Cambridge can be reached by train or car. The Suffolk heritage coast is just over an hour away.
