Property information

Waller House is a lovely well proportioned detached 4 bedroom house on the outskirts of the beautiful city of Norwich. The accommodation offers three twin bedrooms, family bathroom and a really good sized double bedroom with en-suite. There is a good sized living room complete with large flat screen smart TV. Downstairs WC. To the rear of the property is a large fully equipped kitchen / diner with sink, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster complete with all pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. The property has private parking for up to 2 cars and a leafy private rear garden.

Neighbourhood information

Waller House is a suburb of Norwich and the perfect location for exploring the city centre, with all its bars restaurants, bistros and traditional pubs. Not to mention the excellent shopping facilities on offer. Medieval streets, dozens of beautiful churches, not to mention two cathedrals and a castle to visit, hire a boat or watch the Canaries play at Carrow Road, Norwich really does have plenty to offer the travelling visitor. Close to the Northern Bypass for good access to all major routes.
