You will be staying in a self contained converted double garage which sits behind our house and separate from the main building. You may use the back and front gardens. We have lots of wildlife to look out for. The renovation took place late 2022 and everything is brand new. Open plan living and sleeping area with 2 single beds that can be pushed together if required. Egyptian cotton bedding and top quality duvets a pillows. Kitchen area has cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Seating area has a lovely, comfy sofa, smart tv. Books and games Free WiFi There is a library in a shed in the front garden which you are welcome to take books from.
We both work from home so are in most of the time. Robert works in I.T and Helen is a jewellery designer. We are away at events some weekends, which does not affect your access to the accommodation. We do have cats which may say hello if you are sitting in the garden. We love to read and play board games so if you need a book or game to fill your time, just ask.
Timberland is a small village, we have lovely neighbours. The local pub, The Penny Farthing serves great food, variety of drinks and fabulous service. We are 4 miles away from Metheringham, which has shops, takeaways and a train station. Woodhall Spa is 6 miles away. It’s a beautiful town with so much going on including the 1940s weekend and a fabulous Christmas Market. There are lots of shops, a supermarket and an amazing, historic cinema. We have located between two great golf courses, Woodhall Spa and Blankney. Lincoln city centre is 14 miles away
