It features a king-size bed, cosy lounge area, dining table, and a modern en-suite shower room. Outside, enjoy your private garden with decking, BBQ, and hot tub — ideal for relaxing while watching the boats go by. You can even moor a small tender right outside. Just a 20-minute flat walk to Salcombe town centre, with its shops, restaurants, and stunning beaches, this is the perfect base for a peaceful waterside escape.
We're so happy to welcome you to our home in beautiful Salcombe! After enjoying many memorable trips here ourselves, we decided to share our holiday house so others can experience everything we love about this special place. We’re big fans of boating, and one of our favourite things is being able to moor a small tender right outside the house – it makes exploring the estuary a real joy. Salcombe itself is full of charm, with fantastic shops, restaurants, and stunning coastal walks. And of course, the beaches here are simply amazing – whether you're after a peaceful cove or a fun day out with the family, there’s something for everyone. We hope you have an unforgettable stay and fall in love with Salcombe just like we did.
