A recently refurbished modern 2 bed holiday home, conveniently on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Wolds, perfect for exploring the Yorkshire Coast with cycle tracks and beautiful walks allowing you to take in the Yorkshire scenery. Within easy reach of the seaside resort Bridlington (25 mins), Fraisthorpe Beach & Flamborough. Free parking onsite, Sleeps up to 4 people. We allow 1 small well behaved dog Perfect for longer stays/ relocators for business or leisure stays. Fully equipped. Great for contractor stays Lots of local amenities including 3 local pubs, 2 village stores, fish & chip shop. Supermarket few mins away. 5 mins to market town of Driffield, Close proximity to Scarborough, Beverley, Whitby, York Approx 40 minute drive to York centre. Situated in the village of Nafferton, with local shops, 2 pubs, and just a stones throw away from the market town of Driffield and Beverley.

Neighbourhood information

Driffield 2 miles; Bridlington 9 miles; York 29 miles. The village of Nafferton is conveniently situated in the pretty countryside of the Yorkshire Wolds, yet only 2 miles from the market town of Driffield and 9 miles from the seaside resort of Bridlington. A large village, with mainly traditional dwellings that cluster around the mere and village greens, it is served by three country pubs, a village shop, a post office and a fish and chip shop and a super market. The railway station there is only 2 minutes walk away and extremely useful; only one stop to Bridlington and four to Scarborough! This is a lovely area for gentle walking, exploring the countryside and visiting stately homes and gardens such as Sledmere House and Burton Agnes Hall. A short ride takes you to the popular east coast seaside resorts with their long sandy beaches, whilst the historical City of York, with its famous minster, is well worth a visit. Free Parking - On Private onsite driveway for up to 2 cars. Additional parking available on the road. Train station just a short walk down the road. Local Bus Route
