This lovely end of terrace property is located just a stone's throw away from Chester Racecourse and city centre, and offers free off-street parking for one car. As you enter the home there is a corridor with plenty of room to hang coats. This leads to an open plan Dining/living area with plenty of seating & a log burner, a lovely coffee nook in the dining area and smart TV in the living room. On the ground floor there is also a large galley kitchen to the rear with wooden fronts and all amenities you could need during your stay. As you head upstairs to the first floor there is a large bathroom with a cast iron roll top bath and walk in shower. The first bedroom on this floor is a large twin room, which is light and airy. The second bedroom to the front of the house is also extremely spacious with king bed and ample storge for your belongings. On the third floor there is the attic room which has a king bed and is the perfect place to escape and unwind after a busy day enjoying all that Chester has to offer.
