In 2024 we listed our first serviced accommodation property, Wellbank View. It is defining a fresh standard for serviced accommodation in Washington.

Property information

Located in Usworth village in Washington, Wellbank View shares north-east character and interesting local history. This recently modernised three-bedroom, well-equipped modern home is light, airy and spacious. It’s a perfect place to be based for work or to relax and enjoy the evening sun. Usworth is an ideal location with easy access to major road and public transport networks. Local supermarkets, shops, pubs, takeaways and restaurants are all within a short walk. The location is central for access to Sunderland, Newcastle and Durham. Wellbank View has off-street parking for up to 3 cars and all the external spaces are covered by CCTV for additional peace of mind. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, a hob, an oven,kettle, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer and a Tassimo hot drinks dispenser. A full range of cooking and dining equipment is also provided. Wellbank View is a perfect place to relax. There’s a large kitchen-diner-lounge with sofas, dining table and a feature fire-place. There’s high-speed internet access throughout. Wellbank View has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6 people. Each has dedicated wardrobe space, a smart TV and plug sockets with USB outlets. In the first bedroom, there are two twin beds. In the second and third bedrooms there is a double bed in each. There is one upstairs shower room with a large washbasin, illuminated mirror and toilet. There is a second upstairs cloakroom with a toilet and basin. Good quality linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. We provide: bed linen and towels for each guest, toilet rolls, dishwasher and washing machine detergent, washing-up liquid and brush/cloth/scrubber. We also leave complimentary fresh milk, tea, coffee, sugar, cookies, breakfast cereal and a selection of pods for the Tassimo drinks machine.

Neighbourhood information

There is plenty to explore in Washington, including Washington Village, the ancestral home of George Washington. Further afield in the North East of England you will find Hadrian’s Wall, The Angel of the North, Beamish Museum, Alnwick Castle and many local beaches.
