78 Wellington Park, constructed in 1870 and recently refurbished to create a comfortable stylish base, perfect for visiting Belfast. Individually wrapped spring mattresses, a deep mattress topper and luxury bedding ensure a great night's sleep. The comfort of the beds is often highlighted in the properties reviews. After a long day in Belfast you will be able to take comfort knowing you are coming home to a well equipped kitchen with plenty of entertainment options; Including super fast broadband, Virgin TV, Netflix and a Google Home. Wellington Park Boutique Apartments does not accept bookings from people living locally. In certain instances this policy may be waived if the stay is for a longer period of time or at the discretion of the management. If you live locally and would like to stay, message when booking to briefly explain your visit. This is to protect local residents. Neighbourhood information

If you want to avoid the noise, hassle and parties in the city centre but still want the conveniences it can offer, then South Belfast is the place for you. The building is situated on the corner of the tree lined Wellington Park and the bustling Lisburn Road. Guests often comment how much they enjoy gazing down the length of the LIsburn road whilst enjoying their morning coffee. There is a convenience store located opposite the building and there is a large supermarket a 7 minute walk away ensuring you have everything you need, right at your fingertips. The city centre is a 5 pound taxi, 25 minute walk (1 mile) and there is a bus stop outside the front door.
