The sleeping arrangements at this property are as follows: Ground floor: Bedroom 1 - king size bed Bedroom 2 - king size bed Middle floor: Bedroom 3 - king size bed Bedroom 4 - king size bed Bedroom 5 - small double bed Top floor: Bedroom 6 - twin bedroom with two single beds Bedroom 7 - twin bedroom with two single beds Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding in our properties. Please note this house is across 3 floors, with the upper floors accessible by stairs only. The ground floor is accessed by 2 steps from the driveway and 2 steps from the pavement. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. There is a private driveway at the property which can accommodate one car.
