We offer an alternative to a hotel stay with serviced apartments for business, corporate clients, relocation, or holidays. We are a proud member of the ASAP, the association of serviced apartment providers, the only recognised body for serviced apartments in the U.K. Our office is based in Basingstoke which enables us to provide a personal service to all of our clients. We have extensive knowledge of Basingstoke and the surrounding areas, so we can provide advice and information on all the town has to offer.

This beautiful development situated in the heart of Basingstoke boasts fantastic living spaces with floor to ceiling windows and furnished to the highest possible standard throughout. The communal gardens, viewing deck and allocated parking are some of the fantastic external features of this development. Inside, we offer luxurious 2 bedroom apartments with fully equipped modern kitchens and we provide super-soft towels and pure cotton bedding throughout to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartments have 1x allocated parking space, Smart TV's with Netflix, streaming apps and unlimited high speed Fibre WiFi as standard. Our apartments are located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. Most apartments have their own spacious balcony with bistro table and chairs. This modern building is very well insulated, which means the apartments are very warm and cozy year round whilst also being supremely quiet and personable.
