This well-equipped home is one of five apartments situated on the 3rd and 4th floor in a secure, recently renovated, modernised and well-kept characterful Victorian building. The location is safe for families and close to central London. It has a large roof terrace giving a 180+ degree panoramic view of London. It is equipped with large Webber gas BBQ and seating for six. It has a spacious en-suite master bedroom, which has a king size bed and lots of storage. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and plenty of storage On the top floor there is a 3rd bedroom with a single bed. This also doubles as a home office area The open-plan living area has dining for six. It has double-glazed window and central heating. There is a well equipped kitchen. The comfortable living area has a flat screen HD television, DVD player and a Sky+ box with a media package including and sports, movies and children's channels. There is hi-speed fibre Wi-Fi internet. All bills are included in the price.

Just across the street is Clapham South Tube station in Travel Zone 2, which is on the Northern Line. The centre of London can be reached in about twenty minutes. Clapham Junction station, St Georges Hospital in Tooting, Wimbledon, Twickenham, Richmond and The Oval can all be easily reached. On your doorstep there are numerous shops, restaurants and the green open spaces of Clapham Common park. Balham and Clapham town centres, where there a wider variety of shopping, are only a 10-minute walk away; as are charming Clapham Old Town and Abbeville Village with their restaurants, boutiques, pubs and trendy bars.
