This spacious double room is fully separate from the main house - no shared areas - offering privacy, comfort, and convenience throughout your stay. Ideal for solo travellers, professionals, or couples looking for a peaceful base in Milton Keynes.
Hi, I'm Marisa – the owner of this lovely guest annexe. Its part of my home where I used to live. It's a special place with lots of happy memories, and I'm now delighted to share it with guests. I hope you enjoy the space as much as I did!
The property is ideally located just 5 minutes from Junction 14 of the M1, offering easy access. Milton Keynes Central Station is only a 10–15 minute drive away, making it convenient for both business and leisure. Major corporate offices such as Mercedes-Benz and VW Financial Services headquarters are within walking distance or just a quick 2-minute drive. The Open University, Cranfield University, and the historic market town of Newport Pagnell are also close by. Guests will find a variety of attractions nearby. Willen Lake, just moments away, offers beautiful parkland, water sports, restaurants, playgrounds, and scenic walking trails. Gulliver’s Land theme park, a favourite for families, is within walking distance or a short drive. Other local highlights such as Xscape (featuring Snozone indoor skiing), Milton Keynes Theatre, the MK Shopping Centre, and Campbell Park are all easily accessible within a 10-minute drive. For day trips, Woburn Safari Park and the fascinating Bletchley Park are approximately 15–20 minutes away by car.
