I help to manage things at Willowbrook House for the owner. The house has recently been refurbished to a high standard and is a beautiful property to stay in. I will be on hand throughout your stay if you need me but we will otherwise respect your privacy whilst staying with us.
Two well behaved dogs are welcome on request only and for a small additional fee. We provide your four legged friend with a little welcome pack of their own and we have dog bowls and towels that we will leave out for you.
Children and babies are welcome. We have childrens dinnerware, cuttlery and cups. Two highchairs and two travel cots are available on request. We also have two fold out beds that can be used to help with bed configurations for children
We do not accept stag or hen parties.
Further photos will be added of the grounds and outside space in the spring as we are currently waiting for the delivery of the outdoor furnitues and having some landscaping done outside which will be completed by the end of April.
Adjacent to the house is a detached two bedroom cottage and garages, access is down the shared driveway. The cottage is sometimes used by the owners but never when guests are in situ unless previously arranged. The cottage can be available to rent at an extra cost on request only and has two further bedrooms sleeping 4 extra people.

Willowbrook house is well proportioned throughout with good sized reception rooms & spacious bedrooms that have been lovingly furnished to offer a welcoming, comfortable & practical base for those looking to explore all that the local area has to offer.
The impressive entrance hallway leads you through to the open plan kitchen/dining space. A large island and breakfast bar sit to one side of the room with the fully equipped kitchen including double fridge/freezers, dishwasher, double oven, induction hob, GRIND coffee machine. Separate utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and a further slimline dishwasher. The dining area sits to the other side of the room with a large dining table for group meals to seat up to 10 people.
The large sitting room has comfortable seating, TV & a beautiful open Cotswold stone fireplace with double sided wood burner through to the separate cosy snug next door with xbox & PS5. SONOS speakers in the sitting room and kitchen & underfloor heating fitted throughout the downstairs space. Off the entrance hall sits the study with large desk and also the downstairs WC.
The bedrooms are arranged over the first floor & have each have ample storage, comfortable Hypnos/Simba mattresses, bespoke blackout roman blinds, luxurious White Company bedding & toiletries.
Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with Super king bed, walk in dressing area & ensuite bathroom with separate bathtub/shower.
Bedroom 2 - Zip & link bedroom which can either be a super king or two single beds, separate bathroom located down the hallway.
Bedroom 3 - King sized bed & ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
Bedroom 4 - King sized bed & ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
Bedroom 5 - King size bed & ensuite bathroom with bathtub.
Patio doors lead out onto the paved terrace at the rear of the property with stunning views accross the 2.5 acre garden & Charming stream. Dining table to seat upto 12 people, comfy outdoor sofa and BBQ.

Approached via a no through road in the hamlet of Radford, Willowbrook house is a brand new Georgian style Cotswold stone home which lies within a peaceful and tranquil setting, surrounded by the rolling countryside. Radford is a secluded hamlet situated within easy access to the A44, A34, M40 and wider road network. A car is recommended due to the rural location.
Direct train lines from Charlbury (76 minutes to London Paddington) and Bicester North (49 minutes to London Marylebone)
