Company information

Hugh & Sarah have run this family smallholding since buying the property in 2011. Their four children have all flown the nest, which has enabled them to set up the family home as a B&B.

Property information

Withy Farm is a rural small holding and family home. Hugh & Sarah live in the house and manage it as a traditional style guest house. The surrounding area offers footpaths and bridal-paths through farmland and ancient woodland. The house provides large communal spaces including the heart of the house, an open plan hall / kitchen / dining area. Also a large living room with log burner. Outside there is a terrace with views across the paddocks where cattle sheep and goats may be seen grazing.

Neighbourhood information

Withy Farm is a rural location only an hour from London. As well as being a great placed from which to explore the local area it is also a good base from which to explore our great capital city. The closest city is Canterbury only 8 miles away. Canterbury is a fantastic place for tourists, including the obvious Canterbury Cathedral which is a must see if you are in the area. The kent coast line also offers some great walks and towns to visit. These include Faversham (6 miles) Whiststable 11 miles) Margate (26 miles) and Ramsgate (29 miles) Withy Farm is only 30 mins from the Channel Tunnel Station so taking car day trips to France and Belgium are within easy striking distance (prior bookings would be essential).
