Property information
As you step into this stunning home, you’re greeted by a bright and spacious double-width hallway with a convenient utility room immediately to your left, making your stay effortless and enjoyable.
Before you, double oak doors invite you into a stylish and welcoming lounge area, perfectly designed for relaxation. With mood lighting and double doors leading out to the garden, this spacious room creates an inviting atmosphere for family gatherings and friendly get-togethers. Settle into the ample seating, unwind, and enjoy your favorite shows on the large smart TV.
Back in the hallway, you’ll discover the modern kitchen and dining area, flooded with light and equipped with full-length bi-folding patio doors that open onto your private garden. This space combines luxury and convenience, featuring a water purification system that ensures you have the best quality drinking water for your family.
Continuing down the hallway, you’ll find the first double bedroom, complete with a comfy bed, a stylish walk-in wardrobe, and a wall-mounted TV, creating a cozy retreat for restful nights. The second double room is slightly larger, boasting another large smart TV and a lovely atmosphere that invites you to unwind.
A family bathroom with a rainfall shower, bath, toilet, and hand basin is shared between the two double rooms, along with a separate WC for added convenience. The third bedroom on this floor is a charming twin room, featuring two full-size single beds. With double doors leading out to a private little sun trap and a spacious ensuite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, toilet, and hand basin, it’s perfect for guests of all ages.
But the true gem awaits you upstairs—a very large super king-size bedroom with breathtaking views over the countryside. The expansive ensuite bathroom features a rainfall shower, bath, toilet, and his-and-hers hand basins, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.
At the pinnacle of relaxation is the roof terrace, an idyllic spot to enjoy.
Neighbourhood information
The quaint and charming village of Seamer is located on the outskirts of Scarborough, just a short 15-minute drive from the town centre. The area offers a number of great pubs Ideal for families, many with large beer gardens, serving great food seven days a week.
The award winning Seamer Fisheries can also be found in the village with some of the best Fish and chips the coast has to offer.
You'll also find a large local convenience store which is open daily from 7am until 9pm.
Scarborough offers many traditional ice cream parlors and lots of local seafood stalls offering whelks, mussels, crabs and much more. Explore the beautiful Italian Gardens, before heading into the town center for shops, bars and restaurants aplenty. Scarborough also boasts The Open Air Theatre which is an outdoor venue for bands, and singers, or enjoy a night at the famous Stephen Joseph Theatre, that's the home of local playwright Alan Ayckbourn who lives in the town. The theatre offers first class plays, music, films and comedy for all tastes.
With so much to do in the area a visit to Peasholm Park is a must, voted in the top ten parks in the UK. With a rich history and after having recently received a prestigious Green Flag Award, this oriental themed municipal park offers a beautiful system of streams and waterfalls, mini bridges and mystical gardens for the whole family to enjoy. The park is also home to the world famous Naval Warfare (July and August) – a unique miniature sea battle that has been shown on television screens across the globe. A unique family holiday attraction and possibly the longest running show of all time.
The Alpamare water park with its outdoor pools, wave machine and exhilarating state-of-the-art water rides is also nearby to add to the many attractions that Scarborough has to offer.
Other attractions include a trip to see the seals, penguins, sharks, turtles at the Sea Life Centre. Then onto Scarborough Castle with its 3,000 years of history to enjoy.
