Woodlands is a newly refurbished, modern spacious home in a quiet residential area of Charlbury in the Cotswolds. The home has three large double bedrooms accommodating up to six guests. Perfect for a short getaway to explore all the Cotswolds has to offer. The home is stylishly furnished with plenty of space, with a large modern open plan kitchen-dining area and sitting room with comfortable sofas - the ideal place for relaxing after a busy day exploring or working in the area. The home benefits from bi-fold doors that open the kitchen-dining area onto a private patio garden, which is perfect for enjoying the warmer summer evenings. The home also has off road parking for one vehicle. The bedrooms on the first floor are spacious and have plenty of storage space, with one bedroom having its own en-suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC. The family bathroom is also on the first floor with a large bath tub with a rain shower and a handheld shower head, wash basin and WC. Woodlands is the perfect home for those visiting Charlbury whether for work or leisure. With easy access to several pubs, a coffee shop/delicatessen and a supermarket within walking distance of Woodlands. The vibrant market towns of Chipping Norton and Woodstock are nearby, and Oxford is less than a 40 minute drive away. Woodlands is the perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire and beyond.
