Relax with your family or friends at this peaceful holiday home just a short walk from Aviemore town centre. Enjoy the morning and evening birdsong at this retreat overlooking local woodland next to the Aviemore orbital path in the north end of the village. The house is modern with underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the first floor. There is a ground floor bedroom with a double bed and views to the front of the property. The modern fully equipped kitchen has a build in electric over and built in electric hob. There is a dishwasher, fridge and a washer/dryer. At the back of the house we have a large double height open plan lounge/diner with sliding doors to the rear private garden. We also have a ground floor toilet. Upstairs we have two further bedrooms, one with a double and one with two singles and a family bathroom with shower/bath.
The house is in a secluded cul-de-sac with access to the Aviemore orbital path right across the road. Nearby we have Rothiemurchus estate, the Abernethy forest, loch of Garten nature reserve and the Highland wildlife park. We also have the kids adventure park Landmark. There are lots of attractions in the area.
