Very clean and comfortable, Cheryll was very welcoming and accommodating she gave useful hints and tips for the local area and couldn’t have done more to help us enjoy our stay. Just be aware if you are in the top floor room that there are birds...

There was a very well equipped kitchen which had everything needed to cook breakfast. I felt I was in a self catering cottage rather than a b and b which was great for me.

Cheryll was a superb host. The room was very comfortable with many nice features: numerous outlets for charging, enough shelves in bathroom, well appointed kitchen to share with other guests which was not a problem. Cheryll had great suggestions...

Our serviced accommodation comprises a two-storey 19th Century barn converted into three spacious en-suite rooms, with a difference. We offer spacious well equipped rooms with their own sofas, Superking 6ft double beds with separate fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle & hostess tray (free tea & coffee). We also offer inclusive hi-speed WiFi and a large secure car park.
I am an active horse rider and come from a farming background, so have a great affinity to the countryside. With a great love of all animals I also own some boisterous doggies who also help to keep me busy. We offer a warm welcome to all our guests many of which have returned again and again.
We are in an elevated position in a small Hamlet of 15 houses close to the A14 just 20 minutes to Cambridge, and also Peterborough via the A1 nearby. We have many footpaths, bridlepaths, woodland & local pubs to explore. We are close to various attractions: Grafham Water, Hamerton Zoo Park, Huntingdon Racecourse, Rushden Lakes, various golf courses, Houghton Mill, Wimpole Estate, Burghley House & the American Cemetery.
