As you step into the ground floor, you'll be greeted by a charming hallway with beautifully tiled flooring. To your left, you'll find the snug—a versatile space with a double sofa bed, ideal for additional guests or a quiet reading nook. Continue through the hallway to discover the heart of the home: a bright and airy open-plan living area. This inviting space features a corner sofa and a Smart TV, creating a perfect spot for relaxation. The living area naturally extends into the impressive kitchen and dining space, where a stunning skylight and tri-fold doors fill the room with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, and the dining area seamlessly connects to the multi-tiered, enclosed rear garden. The garden is a true outdoor oasis, offering a paved patio on the lower and middle tiers, and a small grassy area at the top. With outdoor electric points, garden furniture, and festoon lighting, the space is perfect for daytime lounging or evening gatherings. Upstairs on the first floor, you'll find a comfortable twin bedroom, ideal for guests of all ages. Across the hall, there are two modern bathrooms, each featuring luxurious rainfall showers—one is a sleek shower room, and the other a full bathroom for your convenience. The second floor hosts two additional bedrooms. One is arranged as a twin, while the other boasts a super king bed. For added flexibility, we're happy to adjust the bed configurations to suit your needs. With advance notice at the time of booking, we can prepare the rooms as either double or twin beds. Home to the oldest and biggest sailing Regatta in the world, Cowes is the number one destination for sailors during the Summer months. Cowes also boasts a rich wealth of history and culture with its ‘twin’ East Cowes just across the Medina estuary by chain ferry. Stroll through the vibrant town and enjoy independent shops and well-known yachting clothing stores, sit at a pavement café or have a restaurant lunch and people watch or enjoy a glass of something cold and watch the sun go down over the Solent before having dinner at some excellent pubs and restaurants. Take yourself across the water to East Cowes via the chain ferry and enjoy a slice of great British history at Osborne; Queen Victoria’s seaside residence. Stroll along her beach and enjoy the walled garden and Swiss Cottage. It’s a wonderful spot for families or just to wander through on your own. There are cultural museums, events and galleries to enjoy on both sides of the Medina and you’ll notice the influence of Prince Albert’s ornate designs in the architecture of many houses and buildings.
