Kaibus Place is named after my grandfather (Kaibus), whom I never had the occasion to meet. It is a multi-unit apartment building comprising three levels. The apartment K5 on the third level is shaped like an Octagon (8 sides) with as many windows. Bedroom permit access to the covered balcony (wooden); this area can be used for meals and relaxation.
