This is a residential neighborhood which is located in the Marast Hill area of St.George, on a busy road. Therefore there will be noise from passing cars.
There is a designated park on the premises. To access the local bus you will need to walk 5mins downhill. This bus can take you directly to the town center in 5-10mins. If you wish to walk to the town center it is about 20mins walk with you walking uphill from the apartment, then down hill. Beaches are a short distance away via public or private transportation or if you are adventurous and wish to walk.
