30 sq.m studio-type 1-room apartment in Batumi, one of the central sides, opposite the old bus station, hypermarket "Gorgia", the apartment is at the back of a private house in a separate capital building, with a cozy yard, its own bathroom, natural gas, kitchen, storage room , with new furniture, dishes, linens, new washing machine, new heating and air conditioning, silknet internet, parking space. Newly renovated. Carrefour, Gorgia, Magnit are nearby, wholesale market, bank, pharmacy, seaport are nearby.
