The newly renovated apartment is located in the very heart of old Tbilisi, historical district Sololaki, on Lado Asatiani street. 300 meters away from Freedom Square and main touristic important sightseeings and shopping areas of the city. Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre is 0.9 miles from Ana's Apart. The neighborhood is full of small local shops, restaurants, and pubs. The property is equipped with all necessary inventory, kitchen accessories and beautiful furniture.
The apartment is hosted by me and my wife Ani. We are born in Tbilisi, we love traveling.
Tourists should start exploring Tbilisi from our neighborhood, it is a must see place in the city. You will take a glance at the history of the city from early centuries to nowadays by walking in narrow streets of the old city and will explore the religious and secular architecture. Here you will find churches, synagogues, the mosque as well as famous 19th-century houses with wooden balconies just in several hundred meters radius from our property. There is everything you need in minutes walk from the property, all sightseeing, cafes & restaurants, money exchange points, banks, shopping malls, pharmacy etc.
