Property information

My apartments are located in the prestigious "Green Budapest" complex in the Saburtalo district, Tbilisi. From the 18th, 17th, 13th, 12th and 10th floor apartments, you can enjoy beautiful views from the balconies, which are especially nice at night. The complex has 24-hour security, a nice garden, a yard, 2 elevators in each entrance, and a clean environment. My apartments are very cozy and clean with all the necessary equipment inside. You can book them without any doubts ^_^ The 6th floor and second floor apartments do not have private balconies and are strictly non-smoking. Near the entrance door and elevators, there is a common balcony that you can use freely ^_^ The Green Budapest complex features 3,500 m² of landscaped and green areas, a basketball court, and playgrounds. Environmental and greenery surroundings are a priority for the project.

The Saburtalo district is a vibrant and dynamic area, perfect for both short and long stays. Located near Kazbegi Ave., our neighborhood offers a mix of modern amenities and local charm. You'll find a variety of cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, along with parks and recreational areas for relaxation. Public transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to explore other parts of the city. Whether you're here for business or leisure, Saburtalo has something for everyone.
