Property information

Cozy apartments with all the convenience. Stunning mountain views from the windows. There is everything you need, fast Wifi, Tv with Russian-speaking channels, a hairdryer and all kitchen utensils, hot water! And what is important, with central safe heating and with constant water supply, without accidents (as often happens in other buildings)!

Neighbourhood information

The house is located at the main 1st lift, which is also works on weekends for night rides ski and snowboards (from 20:00 to 22:00). A 2 steps away is the "Smart" supermarket (24 hour) , supermarket Nikora (more cheap), and Spar supermarket and the only one pharmacy in Gudauri. Near the Apartment is the Marco Polo hotel (with a swimming pool, bowling, billiards, bar, club and spa). The building houses the Sadzele bar-restaurant and the Burger bar-cafe. There are other cafes nearby (with Georgian cuisine)! The main , everything is match with ​these photos ! Only on the first track, the lift is turned on on weekends for night rides (from 20:00 to 22:00)!
