Spacious and modern 3-room apartment, 95 sq.m. 2 bedrooms and a hall, a large loggia combined with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Supply and exhaust ventilation. In the kitchen, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a large refrigerator. A comfortable apartment for a family. New high-quality repairs, new plumbing, beds, mattresses, and household appliances. The sea is 3 minutes away, and the area is quiet and picturesque. The apartment has a modern boiler room, and all the water in the house is additionally purified to drinking standards. The walls are covered with hypoallergenic materials, and there is no mold. The apartment has heating, ventilation, and underfloor heating in the balcony and bathrooms. The floors in the bedrooms and living room are covered with quartz vinyl. The apartment is cozy and warm throughout the year.
A peaceful and beautiful place near the sea. Great for family vacations.
