Studio on the Black Sea coast in a secluded residential complex for a relaxing holiday, with a stunning view from the window instead of a TV and the sound of waves instead of city noise. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Mostly natural materials are used in renovation and decoration, which are pleasant to the touch and pleasing to the eye. There are no unnecessary things here - the apartment is full of light and air.

Cozy apartment on the Black Sea coast, with beautiful views from panoramic windows. On one side of the house a river flows into the sea, on the other side, a 10-minute walk away is the Batumi Botanical Garden, which turned 110 years old this year. You will reach the center of Batumi in 15 minutes by car.
