This small studio apartment is located on the first skiing slope, which gives you the opportunity to go skiing without driving, but directly from the apartment. The building itself is very warm, well equipped, and secured for 24/7. Ski Depot is available in the building.
The apartment is owned by a family living in th capital of Georgia. We are new on the market and will do our best to make your stay memorable and as smooth as possible
There are several restaurants and bars vailable in the building and in the surrounding area as well (less than 5 minutes)
