Spacious bright 2-bedroom flat, perfect for families. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the historical part of town. You will be within 5 minutes walking distance from Rustaveli avenue theatres, shops and restaurants. You will walk cobbled streets past some of the most striking examples of famous Old Tbilisi architecture. Location has easy access to transportation. The apartment is freshly refurbished and fully outfitted with the modern appliances.
