Perched atop Gora Hill in Kutaisi’s historic district, our cozy hotel offers stunning views of the iconic Bagrati Temple, ancient Gelati Monastery, and the expansive Kolkheti plain. Enjoy peaceful surroundings away from city noise, yet just an 18-minute walk from the bustling center. Relax, breathe in the fresh air, and take in the panoramic scenery. Why JAYS? The name JAYS holds special meaning for us. The jay, known as "chkhikvi" in Georgian, is a lively and energetic bird. My surname, Chkhikvadze, translates to "son of the jay," and with several "jays" in our family, the name felt both distinct and deeply personal. Please note: This is a newly constructed property, and while we’ve recently moved in and are welcoming guests with a 100% acceptance rate, some areas, like the yard, are still a work in progress. We’re committed to completing all necessary improvements promptly.
