The apartment is located very close to the sea. There is a brand new renovation and it is clean. Equipped with all necessities. On the fifth floor, with a large balcony, with a view of Batumi, the sea and the city. There is an elevator. There is a dedicated parking space. The square and cafe-restaurants are nearby.ვ
