From our apartment you will have an immediate access to the ski lifts in the most convenient spot of New Gudauri. Apartment is located in "Atrium" building with an indoor swimming pool, modern spa and sauna, a restaurant, an open sky terrace, a free outdoor parking and a direct access to the main slops with ski-in/ski-out. In our apartment, you will get everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Apartment was fully renovated taking into account details that make modern living comfortable and enjoyable. Large room with balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with built-in dish washing machine, fridge, microwave, electrical stove, induction plate, cookware and tableware. An elegant dining area and a modern bathroom will provide you with what you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment has a WiFi connection, an Android TV, a comfortable bed, a sofa and in addition cozy bunk bed. A private ski depot is accessible with your room key card. The apartment is on the fourth floor, and, from the balcony, you will enjoy the view on the mountain. This apartment will provide you with a very nice stay experience in Gudauri and make your holidays comfortable and unforgettable.

Thanks to the location of the apartment in the well developed complex called New Gudauri - all restaurants, bars, casino, open sky terraces and cafes, grocery stores and shops, spa and sauna, gym, swimming pools, ski equipment rentals and entertainment services are very close to the apartment and perfectly accessible for you. The apartment is located in the most convenient place of New Gudauri. This makes it very comfortable to ski and enjoy other outdoor activities. From the ski depot, you will have an immediate access to the slops and ski-to-door access upon your return. In addition, this apartment is very quiet. You will not be disturbed by the fact that you are in the heart of the ski resort.
