Upstairs Hotel is located in a historical district of Tbilisi. The guest house has a big veranda with fascinating view over the Tbilisi, night view from our balcony will be unforgettable experience for our guests. From this Terrace you can enjoy beautiful view wrapped up in warm rug and drinking hot beverages. Upstairs guest house has cozy rooms with private bathrooms, free Wi-Fi and an air conditioner. Delicious breakfast is included in the service. English and Russian speaking hosts are friendly and eager to help. If needed, additional cheap service of picking up from the Airport is available.
