Villa Anastasia is located within walking distance of the entrance to the Eagle Canyon, where eagles and storks nest (a nature reserve - a national monument). Nearby is the fortress of Khornabuji, built at the end of the 1st millennium BC. We have a seasonal outdoor heated pool 6x4 m, viewing terraces, a barbecue area, parking. The windows overlook the mountains. The villa has 3 separate bedrooms with individual bathrooms, a large living room with TV (Internet, TV, Netflix), a fully equipped large kitchen. 24/7 security, outdoor video surveillance. Smoking in the house and parties are prohibited! The center of the city of Dedoplitskaro is 5 minutes from the villa, where there are many chain stores, cafes with local cuisine, a farmer's market. Nearby are the Vashlovani State Reserve, the Niko Pirosmani House Museum, the Bodbe Monastery, and the town of Sighnaghi. Tbilisi International Airport is 120 km away.
