Property info

Fully Furnished apartments for short term rentals in storey buildings inside a gated community with great security Most of our apartments are well suited for individuals visiting Kumasi for business, studies, graduations, weddings, funerals and other occasions. There is a self check in system in place which means you get to check in at anytime you want without having to worry about how late your flight or bus will arrive in Kumasi, or how late your business meeting is going to run for. just pick up the key from the lockbox We prefer short stays of 2nights and above but allow 1night stays on some occasions with a maximum stay of 6months to a year.

Neighborhood info

All our current apartments are found in a gated community with good security service. It's a great neighborhood for taking morning/evening walks, jogging, etc. There is a well stocked grocery shop, restaurant, pharmacy, gym, laundry service, etc located in the estate. If you are looking for peace and quiet, our neighborhood is the place to choose. Except for the occasional sound from the mosque during prayers, the whole estate is almost always quiet and serene
