This property is a 5-bedroom apartment (3 rooms downstairs and 2 rooms upstairs. Only the 2 bedrooms upstairs are available for short let (1 week to 3 months). The upstairs have private access via a staircase door. It is located in a calm and serene environment, two minutes walk to the main road leading to the Regional Military Barracks (3-5 minutes drive) and about 7minutes drive to the Main Market. The airport is about 15 minutes drive.
The host is a communications consultant based in Accra but frequently visits and spends with his sister who takes care of the property. The guest will have full access and unfettered access to the top apartment without any hindrance.
The neighbourhood is calm and serene. The top floor opens has access to 2 balconies, the front balcony with a roadside and moutain range and the balcony with a mountain view.
