Very attractive 2 bedroom fully furnished villa for short term rentals. This is a good standard two-bedroom villa with a fully furnished open plan lounge and dining area.
The lounge and all the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners . There is an an extra bathroom and toilet.
There is a full kitchen with a microwave and an oven. Other facilities like laundry facilities are offered. The property offers free parking. The property also has a water reservoir and a power generator to be used in event of a break in electricity power supply.
This villa is fitted with pre-paid meter which will be loaded with 20 cedis credit on check in. The customer is responsible for buying more credit as required. The staff will be able to assist with this.The client pays for the cost of fuel for the power generators in the event of power cuts.
All guests are required to sign a tenancy agreement before moving into the property.
Amiable and easy to get along with. My prime objective is to satisfy the client.
It is located in the Parakuo Estates Lashibi residential development and therefore benefits from tarred roads and proper drainage system.
The property is located in a quiet residential gated community with 24 hour security guard.
