As you check in due to the privacy and security, you just have that "at home feeling" as you literally have the place to yourself till you check out. A spacious compound with carport in front of every apartment makes it Unique. Then again the nearness to the main Road (Berekum-Dormaa road) makes it easy to access public transport without having to walk distance.

The Neighborhood is mainly occupied by the high class in society so its quiet and with police post being about 100 meters away from the property makes the area so safe.
