    “Great location, 10 minutes walk from the airport. If you stay here don’t bother with a taxi. The walk into town was about 15 mins ( to Casemates square). The view is amazing. Everything was clean and tidy, appreciated the cold beer !”

New, fully equipped, high-quality studio flat with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony on the 6th floor. It has 500 Mbit/s fibre optic internet via WiFi and LAN. Smart TV with many local and international channels, for example all major British channels including Sky. The flat is located on the 6th floor of The Hub Studio Living, built in 2020. You have 24h free access to the gym and community lounge with pool tables, TV and desks. A laundry room with washers and dryers and bicycle storage are also available.
There are two small supermarkets and an Italian restaurant around the corner. Eastern Beach is 250 metres away and Catalan Bay Beach is 450 metres away, both are nice sand beaches at the Mediterranean sea. Within walking distance you will find Gibraltar Airport, the border with Spain, Ocean Village with its marina, casino, bars and restaurants as well as Gibraltar's old town with Main Street and Casemates Square.
