In buildings of typical Caribbean colonial architecture, these apartments are located within a tropical garden of 5 hectares, part of a 3-star hotel complex of "Manganao". For an additional fee, it will be possible to take advantage of the hotel's beach bar/restaurant. The swimming pool and the fine sand beach, decorated with straw huts and deckchairs (available free of charge) are located a hundred meters away (on foot) !!! Here is the important information of this accommodation: 1. Close to all amenities and some of the most beautiful beaches in Guadeloupe. 2. Air-conditioned apartment, fully equipped, with a lovely sea view. 3. The beach and the secured swimming pool of 1000 M3 are about 150 m on foot (swimming pool with large paddling pool). 4. You will have free access to the hotel's straw huts and deckchairs. 5. Free parking about 30 meters away. 6. It is located near Saint-François (3 km from the city center) in the direction of Saint-Anne, in a tropical garden of 5 hectares. 7. The residence is private and secure (presence of security guards at night). 8. Internet via fiber and WIFI, small covered terrace, restaurant and bar within the residence...

The studio is located 2 steps from the beach of clear grapes and 3 km from Saint-François and its marina. You will therefore have quick and direct access to the port of Saint-François; departure point for ferries for all excursions to the Marie Galante, Saintes, Petite Terre and Désirade islands. You will find very good bars and restaurants within 500 m, a bakery at 1 km and a supermarket at 2 km. The town of Le Moule is 15 km away and Saint-Anne is 12 km away. Many activities nearby including international golf (3 km).
