La villa est située dans la réserve naturelle de la Pointe des châteaux d’où une nature sauvage et protégée où vous pourrez accéder à plusieurs plages, faire des randonnées ou découvrir la gastronomie auprès des nombreux restaurants situés à proximité. À st François vous pourrez prendre des bateaux pour découvrir Petite-Terre, la Désirade ou les Saintes. Vous pourrez effectuer des sauts en parachute ou survoler en gyrocoptère toute cette partie est de la Guadeloupe.
