Brand new traditional studios 23 sq.m. and 33 sq.m. on a small hill-like elevation in a quiet neighbourhood of Marmari, just 5 minutes walking time from the port and the market. The accommodation consists of 3 apartments-studios which share the same communal garden. Stylish and cozy, the studios are perfect for those looking for a functional and high standard accommodation. Each studio can comfortably accommodate from 3 to 5 guests and are fully equipped with bed sheets, blankets, pillows, extra comfortable bed mattress, iron, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, hot water, air condition, low lighting fixtures, smart TV, strong internet and other useful items that will make your staying a wonderful one. These studios come also with a fully equipped kitchen, dishes, glasses, fridge, toaster, shared washing machine (one ablution for every four days of stay), filter and espresso coffee makers. 5-star cleaning service only before check-in is offered to all our guests. As a private manager/owner (without setting up a company), it is forbidden during your stay to provide you with any service, based on Greek legislation (n. 4446/2016) except for the provision of bed linen and towels.

Marmari, a traditional fish village, is popular for swimming, water sports, boat trips, hiking, beach bars, laid-back cafes, and fish taverns. Marmari, located in the magnificent south bay of Evia Island, is extremely close to Athens and Venizelos international airport and just 60 minutes by ferry from the second main port of Athens at Rafina. Nearby, you will find supermarkets, pharmacy, bakeries, ATM, and all means of transportation.
