Entire villa, 5 bedrooms, amazing balcony, stunning panoramic sea view. We welcome you in our luxurious villa in Agios Merkourios. The property is just 50 metres away from the sandy beach. This residence embraces tranquility and invites you to become part of nature. A great choice to relax. Suitable for families, friends and love adventures. The villa offers a direct view on the Aegean Sea. The space The villa measures 320 m2 and there are three levels. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the upper level there is a living room and three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. While the third level has a private master bedroom. The villa provides all the amenities you may need. WiFi, BBQ and Parking are also available.
