A beautiful house in a unique position, in front of the Aegean sea. Three spacious bedrooms and a large living room along with fireplace. Outstanding material quality, simple style with a pinch of some under-the-sea decoration. Two bathroom with a comfortable shower each and a washing machine. An outdoor shower for after the swim use. Ability to cook outdoors, on a portable grill.
The house is unique because of its position; just in front of the sea. The place is very quiet and the sound of waves day and night is so relaxing. The sea is crystal clear, but you will need plastic shoes for the first 5-10 meters in the sea just in case you may slip from a very sleek layer of stone that characterize the whole area here. After than that the sea is deep with sand in the bottom. If you are lucky enough, you will see the kind seal and the joyful dolphins that visit this peaceful place from times to times. The neighbors are quite friendly and peaceful. Try to be quiet from 15:00-17:00 and 23:00-07:00. In Peramos and Ofrynio you will find supermarkets, beauty shops and everything you may need during your stay in "Aegean". They are both about 20km away, so to reach them, you need a means of transport.
