We welcome you to our beautiful and newly renovated accommodation in the Aianteio area of ​​Salamina for an unforgettable and peaceful escape, where tranquility and panoramic views of the bay of Salamina meet elegance. Whether you are enjoying a carefree getaway or a business visitor this property is an ideal destination for those who wish to enjoy the beautiful island atmosphere of Salamis while providing tranquility and comfort. Our accommodation can accommodate up to 10 people in the 3 bedrooms plus 2 sofa beds (6+4) and offers full equipment with all the necessary utensils and electrical appliances to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. The interior of the two-story maisonette of 150 sq.m. is designed and decorated with a modern aesthetic, offering a warm and welcoming space. All 3 bedrooms are spacious and bright, and have brand new king-size beds.Upstairs there is a terrace with a relaxing garden lounge offering amazing views across the bay of Salamis and unobstructed mountain and sea views all around. In the accommodation there are 2 large living rooms, one on each floor with comfortable sofas and sofa beds. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your meals with comfort and ease. There are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. The property is surrounded by a large garden and a large terrace on the ground floor with the same spectacular view of the bay of Salamis, and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset. On the veranda there is a large table and plenty of space to relax, as well as a portable charcoal grill to enjoy a big feast. The property has 3 outdoor parking spaces within the property. There is an outside shower in the corridor. Finally, we provide Wi-Fi, Smart TV, 4 Air-conditioners and a solar water heater for hot water.
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by green olive groves and features a comfortable and spacious 150 sq.m. residence on a 730 sq.m. plot with all the amenities you will need for a pleasant stay. From the green olive groves to the crystal clear waters and the best beaches of Aianteio. Also at a distance of 800 meters from the accommodation is the famous and historical "Olive of Orsa" 2530 years old, the only living organism from the Battle of Salamis.
