Althea maisonettes complex consists of three separate , independent maisonettes,sharing the same pool and the same barbeque place. . The names of our maisonettes are Polymnia,Terpsichore,Erato. The complex Althea Maisonettes is located at the hill's edge of the ancient city "Aptera" and proudly overlooks the serene charm of Souda Bay.A breathtaking view of the sea and the mountain where you can enjoy the senses,peace and quite of the area. Althea maisonettes in Aptera are really close to the National highway road (1,6 km by car),so there as easy access to the city of Chania and Rethymno as well as all the popular beaches of the island. The pool with a panoramic view of Souda Bay and sun beds are offered for free. Polymnia maisonette is located beside of the pool. Terpsichore maisonette is located in front of the pool. Erato maisonette is located in the backyard of the complex.
Our lodging is located in a small, friendly neighborhood at the Aptera village. Its location, at the top off a small hill ,offers a wide view of the sea and it provides the opportunity for total relaxation, enjoying the breathtaking sunset. Feel free to explore Ancient Aptera,enjoying the 10-minute walk from our apartments or visit the village square and enjoy the traditional taverns and cafes. Lastly, do not hesitate to ask the yoga studio ZenZem right next to our lodgings to offer a private lesson at your place.
