My name is Antonis Dermitzakis, and I work as a refrigeration technician. Together with my wife, Katerina, we decided a few years ago to build a vacation home in our village. In the early years, we visited there quite often. However, due to work commitments in recent years, we decided to venture into tourism. Now, the villa operates as a tourist accommodation, offering our guests safety, privacy, and tranquility, with all the necessary amenities for a better stay. It is ideal for families and groups of friends. We are confident that our guests will feel our love and hospitality throughout their stay.

Surrounded by Cretan mountains and trees, it offers you privacy and security. It is the ideal choice for nature lovers, but also for those who want to enjoy quiet and relaxing vacations in an accommodation that offers all the comforts. * Ideal for families & group of friends * Private heated pool. ( The heated swimming pool is available for complimentary use. The temperature is adjusted according to weather conditions and can be increased by 3-4 degrees from its current level. Alyona Villa is located in the village Skines of Chania in Crete. They are just 15km from the famous city of Chania and next to Samaria Gorge and Botanical Gardens of Crete. Only 14 km from the sandy beach of Agii Apostoloi and around 50 km from the famous Falasarna Beach one of the 10 best beaches in Europe. Falasarna spans a large area and consists actually of five consecutive beaches with whitish sand, making the water color tropical. 51 km away from the lagoon of Balos which is famous for its turquoise waters, the wild natural beauty and the beautiful exotic scenery.The sea is very shallow and warm, ideal for young children.The Old City of Chania is 17 km away where you can visit the old town with the scenic streets and enjoy the view of Venetian Old Harbour with the unique lighthouse.You can find anything you need as the nearest supermarket and restaurant are only 1km away from the villa.
