Ammoudara Bay Villa is located in front of Listi Spilio beach in Amoudara Agios Nikolaos. The view from the verandas and even from inside the house is magical. The sea breeze reaches the rooms, offering an unforgettable sense of relaxation. Five minutes from the town of Agios Nikolaos it is the ideal place for rest. It comfortably accommodates two families, while the kitchen and dining areas but mainly the barbeque give the opportunity to prepare meals. The swimming pool in the borstine area of the villa, which is shared with the neighboring villa of the property, is ideal for moments of relaxation for adults and playfulness for children. But even in winter the villa is ideal for relaxation.
