Company information

We are a Cretan family established in tourism for more than 30 years. Wanting to expand our tourist activity we built 3 villas. Seeing ourselves as customers, we did everything possible to cover every need that may arise, so that each guest feels like home away from home.

Property information

Cozy villa situated in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, just 300 meters from the beach. Located in Gournes, 12 kilometers from the International Airport of Heraklion and 15 kilometers from Heraklion, with easy access by car, taxi and public transportation. It is perfect for families and gropus of friends. In close distance you can find Super Markets, Pharmarcies, cafes, plenty of organized beaches, traditional taverns and seafood restaurants Recently built villa with 3 floors and basement, able to host up to 6 people. The villa has a private outdoor swimming pool and patio where you can relax and enjoy your holidays in a quiet place. Each floor has a double sized bed and a fully equipped bathroom. On the ground floor you can find a kitchen, dinning room, WC and a living room. Outdoor parking space in front of the villa. For public transportation you can find the bus stop no. 8 for Gouves,Chersonissos, etc. in 500m. away and for Kokhini Hani and Heraklion in 800m. away from the house.

Neighbourhood information

The neibourhood is very quite and friendly, in about 300 meters you can find the beach oganized or not, you can choose what you want. In about 1km you can find the Aquarium and Dinosauria Park,
